Description
The City of Sioux Falls has a new process to apply for building permits online called Customer Self Service (CSS).
Starting June 1, 2018 --- The City will no longer accept submittals for new single family homes, residential new townhomes, residential remodels and residential additions via email.
These permits will be required to be submitted through CSS or submitted at the main service counter. The new CSS application will allow you to access plans, permits, inspections, and code enforcement cases online. Join us on May 22 at this informational course to become familiar with the CSS application by reviewing the following areas for users:

- Search plans, permits, inspections and code cases
- Register for a new account
As a REGISTERED user you can:
- Access a dashboard that tracks plans, permits, and inspections if you are a contact on record
- View details on plans, permits, and inspections if you are a contact on that record
- Search for plans, permits, inspections, and code cases
- Pay invoices online if you are a billing contact on that record
- Request an inspection on active permits if you are a contact on that record
- View user profile
