Any registrations received after June 10, walk-ins, no-shows or registrations are not canceled within 48 hours of the event will be invoiced $10/person which is the equivalent to the expense taken upon the HBASE for that reservation.

Description
HBASE members and their families are invited to the annual Family Fun Night & Grill Out Picnic at Riverdale Park. Mike Sprang from J. H. Larson will be the grill master for the evening. An optional potluck will be for salads and desserts (indicate when you sign up). Water and soda will be available but you're welcome to bring your own beverages if you'd like (no glass containers).
