Cost = Per team of 4 - $600

Includes registration, driving range balls, green fees, carts, meals, prizes & drink tickets
Checks payable to HBA (Mail to: 6904 Lyncrest Pl, Sioux Falls, SD 57108)
Registration and payment must be to the Home Builders Association office by June 3
Cancelations must be received by June 2 to receive refund
