IRC Code Update

Description

The Home Builders Association of the Sioux Empire in partnership with the Building Services Division will be hosting an IRC Code Update class for local updates to the 2021 International Residential Code (IRC). Recently approved by the Sioux Falls City Council, the 2021 International Building Codes will become effective January 1, 2022. This class will qualify for your 2022-2025 license cycle continuing education as a requirement of the residential building contractor license.

Lunch provided. Cost: $15 for members. $30 for non-members
