The deadline (April 22, 2010) for contractors to be trained and certified in lead-safe work practices has come and gone. The HBASE is offering another course on this topic. The Renovation, Repair and Painting rule set by the EPA will require anyone working in homes built before 1978 and inhabited by small children or pregnant women to complete eight hours of training, use lead-safe practices and keep numerous records of the work.
Must cancel by October 8, 2010 in order to receive refund. If not cancelled by October 8, 2010, you will still be billed for the Seminar.
