Description
The construction industry has historically been deemed a high "hazard industry" by the federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and, as a result, home builders are frequently the subject of OSHA inspections. While in past years commercial contractors were subject to inspections, residential builders are routinely receiving inspections by OSHA. This safety series class will help you understand your company’s rights under the OSH Act as part of your company’s program to prepare for a federal OSHA inspection. Attendees will also have the opportunity to ask specific questions about OSHA standards and employer/employee compliance.
