Cancelation policy: No shows or failure to cancel will be invoiced $20/person.
Description
Part One: Join us on a guided tour around the city with fellow members to view recent and future locations for upcoming developments in and around the Sioux Empire area.
For this years tour we will be visiting developments in northeastern Sioux Falls and Brandon.
Refreshments and snacks will provided during the tour.
Part Two: Join us at our May Membership Meeting & City Government Night. This is one of the Home Builders Association of the Sioux Empire's most highly anticipated events of the year. This event gives our members the chance to visit face to face with city officials on housing related topics and a peak into what is happening on the national legislative front.
Guest Speakers: City of Sioux Falls Mayor, Paul TenHaken and NAHB, Government Affairs & Chief Lobbyist, Lake Coulson
Program Includes: City Government Night, 30-Year & 60-Year Member Presentations, Membership Recruitment Awards and High School Scholarships.
